Configuring apisix gateway

Hi there, I should test a microservces-application with the apisix gateway for my bachelor-thesis, which should contain features like Load Balancing, Logging, Response Caching, Authentication. I tried to set this up with the guides and tutorials I found on the website, but they are not up to date. They refer to version 2.xx. and the dashboard looks a bit different. So unfortunately my configuration didn't work either. Is there anyone who can give me any documents where I have a step by step guide, or any recommendations of tutorials/links on how to set up the apisix gateway.
