cache_ttl for disk strategy

Can the cache_ttl of a proxy-cache support the disk strategy? We hope to set different cache expiration times for different routes, but without occupying too much memory.

If there are similar alternative solutions that can also be considered. Thank you.

btw, can the proxy-cache force caching of results regardless of the Upstream Response's caching strategy?
