apisix获取nginx传递的header

nginx--->apisix--->upstream ,使用nginx 添加的header 能传给 apisix 么，比如 proxy_set_header X-Request-Id $req_id;，昨天试了下apisix 还是获取随机的，不是nginx 传递过来的，需要做什么配置么？
