limit-req 的rejected_msg 不起作用，有人知道是为啥吗

在路由里加上了limit-req，但rejected_msg没起作用

Please upgrade your APISIX version, the rejected_msg was released since 2.9.

@tokers Is there any way you can help me to use the limit_req. am using this plugin but its not able to restrict the request. any thought ?

Thanks, I was missing putting the plugin in plugin configuration of apisix. after that its working fine.
