Missing Success Events in Audit Logs After Upgrade to 3.2.0

I'm in the process of upgrading Airflow from 2.10.5 to 3.2.0 on a Kubernetes setup.
After the upgrade, I noticed that audit logs are incomplete:

• At the task level, audit logs are missing entirely.
• At the DAG level, audit logs show most events except for the success events.

I tested this on my local setup as well and observed the same behavior.

Is anyone else experiencing this issue, or is there something I might be missing in the configuration?
