[BUG] Weird particle pattern in non-data region

Describe the bug
There is an unusual pattern of animated particles around a no-data area in the Gulf of Carpentaria. While this isn't related to the app's performance and stems more from the original data, the pattern might be misleading. Therefore, we want to prevent it.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to imoslive.edge.aodn.org.au
2. Add GSLA Ocean current and GSLA Anomaly sea levels
3. Zoom into Gulf of Carpentaria region
4. See the pattern circulating along the border of no-data region and inside the no-data region

Expected behavior
Possibly not showing any pattern around and inside no-data regions

Actually in the area of the Gulf of Carpentaria, there is data with both VCUR and UCUR value as 0.0 or -0.1 in the source NetCDF file and currently only NaN is seen as no data. The animated particles in this area is exactly visualized by (0.0, 0.0) and (0.0, -0.1) data which can be seen the picture below.

Regarding the east and south direction wave flows around this area are also visualized based on the data source from NetCDF file.

For the east direction wave flow, it is within lat: -14.9 to -15.3, lng: 136 - 139.

For the east direction wave flow, it is within lat: -15 to -17.6, lng: 139.8 - 140.4

From the picture, we can see either UCUR or VCUR is 0.0, and other one of them will have value. In this pattern, the ocean current direction will be either east or south, which is exactly what is visualized on the map.
