POC on AWS Load balancer controller project

### Objective
The main objective of this POC is to test the following:

• How to deploy the AWS Load Balancer Controller in a production-grade EKS environment.
• Implementing ALB (Application Load Balancer) or NLB (Network Load Balancer) for managing traffic at different layers (internal and external).
• Validating the behavior of the Load Balancer with multiple ingress resources.
