Please add documentation for fine-grained Personal Access Tokens #3830

Currently, only old PATs are working and documented.
Describe the solution you'd like
To improve the control of used information, it would be great if the new (beta) fine-grained PATs would be supported and documented. This would hopefully help in restricting access to data which is not needed for this application (e.g., metadata is needed, code content does not need to be accessible for most stats)
