Usage instructions in the Wiki or in the README?

I'm wondering if I should move the usage instructions in the Wiki, or if it's better to get everything directly on the README.

If usage instructions had to be moved to the Wiki, a presentation code would even be on the README. But all usage instructions would be in the Wiki.

Of course, I'm talking about the "Wiki" page of this repository.
