Run Gumroad's tender offer using Flexile's UX completely.

• Way to send email outs to certain investors about the buyback
• Add letter of transmittal inline
• Resolve tender offer with equilibrium price

Note: minimize any back-end changes / new features; focus on productionizing our existing manual process.
