PWA as Mac arm version ?

I was thinking if whether making it a pwa would solve the notarization problem on MacOS ? 🤔
But I'm sure how possible this is.

Unfortunately, this is not a feasible thing as the whole Node.js part would be missing.
The solution Apple imposes on us is to buy one of their PCs and pay for a developer's license.
