Importing geometry from Creo to pyansys

Hi,

I would like to import my part from Creo (igs, stp or others file type) into pyansys for meshing and mechanical simulation.

You could check the docs, there is an example which read an IGES file:

This kind of depends on what you mean by "Creo". Creo Parametric or Creo Elements. If Parametric then see the 'proein' command for native Creo Parametric file import:

Otherwise you can export another MAPDL supported format like IGES, Parasolid, or ACIS and import those. Search for those terms in the PyMAPDL documentation for their respective import commands.
