When submitting follow up question, it should go to top of the screen

Describe the bug
When I type the next question, it should go to the top of the screen and previous answer should be out of view. Currently new question stays in the bottom of the screen.

To Reproduce

Type a question
Get the answer
Type followup question
It stays in the bottom, instead of going to top

Expected behavior
The follow up question to be in the top of the viewport after submission
