[New study screen] "Enable gestures" toggle is ignored

What are the steps to reproduce this bug?

1. Enable the new study screen.
2. Add some gestures like swipe down to answer good.
3. Toggle off "Enable gestures".
4. The gesture still works.

Expected behaviour

Gestures should be disabled when "Enable gestures" if off.

I encountered this bug while trying to test another bug reported on Discord. I don't have any strong feelings about it.

We'll want to see how it works along with the following, as far as I understand, it acted as 'enable gestures, and set the defaults':

You've removed most, if not all of the downsides of gestures in the new study screen. Disabling gestures is equivalent to removing all gestures from the bindings. Shouldn't be necessary currently, definitely not necessary once the above is handled well.
