[Whiteboard] Color picker is broken in RTL languages

What are the steps to reproduce this bug?

1. Set the language to Arabic (العربية).
2. Open the study screen and enable the whiteboard.
3. Try adding a new color.

Expected behaviour

It should look like this (in the RTL language obviously)

(Ideally, the corners could be rounded and a black theme added too)

• I have checked the manual and the FAQ and could not find a solution to my issue
• (Optional) I have confirmed the issue is not resolved in the latest alpha release (instructions)

• Also applies to the old reviewer, and the drawing activity, I guess
• The color picker comes from a library. It's not our code.
  • I don't like it because it's outdated, as you noted by stating the corner and background issues.
  • But IIRC it was decided to use it over other color picker libraries for some reason (I can't find the discussion)

The possible solutions are:

1. Sending a fix to the original library
2. Use another library
3. Do our own approach
4. Fork the library

1 is okay. 2 is preferrable IMO if the library is better than our current one. 3 definitely shouldn't be done. I'd like to avoid 4

This should really be a bug report on the library repo. The color and rounded corner could be ignored.

They already have open issues from 2021 and their last commit was 4 years ago. I doubt they will fix this any time soon, but if you all agree, I will make an issue there. Let me know.
