Leech notification popup not appearing/disappearing too fast if it is the last review #19196

What are the steps to reproduce this bug?
When the last review in a deck results in the card being marked as a leech, the notification at the bottom disappears too quickly as it's replaced by the "You have finished this deck for now" popup. Sometimes, this happens so quickly, that the notification is not visible at all.
Expected behaviour
The popup should be visible for the same duration as usual so the user will not miss that the card is a leech and possibly suspended.
