A permission for showing notifications is necessary in Android 13+

Explaining why we need it in the permissions screen and asking it there would be appropriate

Differently from the Storage permission, it should be optional and noted accordingly

If the user taps the Continue button without giving it, an additional dialog asking to be sure should be added to avoid misclicks
