Failed to run flac (48kHz, 32bits) file

Hi Team,

I cannot run one flac (48kHz, 32bits) (attachment file, github dont support .flac format so i changed to .mp4, please back to .flac when reproduce issue), i raise " E bps not found in STREAMINFO or frame header" error.

Do anyone give advice to me?
