'source' folder assumed always to be a part of full URL #2
Description
While 'source' is the default folder in an OpenGrok server installations it could be changed to some other name via configuration. So it's incorrect to assume the full URL of the files would be
$openGrok.serverSettings.rootUrl/source/$openGrok.serverSettings.project/....
It's quite easy to include source to be part of rootUrl option, but hard to rewrite it later.
Could you please remove it in the next release?
