Counter with optional Symbol(Prefix / Suffix )

Hi,
counter has only % symbol, and there is no option  of prefix/suffix,

need to add custom text based symbol with dropdown option to show it after or before the digits,
so user could put other symbol like ($ , pound , * custom text  =  $100 etc );

i was expecting big changes and great function,, but what i got just visual UI interface, with same function);
