Parent links may return wrong parents.

My GEDCOM file is from Ancestry. My tree is missing parents for a few individuals.

This is the issue-
When parsing records for individuals, if that individual does not have a parent or parents, 
the Parser returns the parent(s) from the last individual which did have a parent.
```
