 I would like to be using this plugin

We are going to be using an Orthanc container based on the docker image 'jodogne/orthanc-plugins:1.12.0', I want these images to be stored in an S3 storage, I found this documentation, it is possible to carry out this configuration through plugins in Orthanc? If possible, can you help me on how to add the plugin
