Batch export / import feature

Greetings! First, I think this is an absolutely awesome piece of work and a wonderful idea!

If I may, I would suggest to add a batch feature to dump all boxes to home and vice versa! Would be great when transferring to a new game.

Sounds like a good feature to have. I haven't been working on the app much over the past few weeks, but I will start working on new features again soon. If you make a GitHub Issue I'll work on this, it shouldn't take too long to implement.

And thank you! I'm glad you're able to use it with real hardware! Do you use a USB cart reader?

And no, I didn't use a USB cart reader, I just use my save file from my 2DS XL and reimported it via FTP and it worked perfectly. I don't use any physical cartridges, all my games are digital, even the ones I physically purchased as it's simply more convenient.

Very cool, I didn't know someone made an FTP client for 3DS!

Other users have been interested in using OpenHome as a database of sorts across multiple games, so I'm gonna work on this feature next as it will be a step in that direction.

Also, I'm going to assume you meant to say games you've physically purchased. The OpenHome developers do not endorse obtaining games illegitimately, and such topics shouldn't be discussed here for liability reasons 🙂

Absolutely, I indeed updated my post to correct physically purchased. What I meant to say is I sometimes prefer the digital or emulation format even when I have the real hardware and software available to me.
