Update Effect usage

Since there have been a lot of changes to the monorepo that might simplify the usage or imports maybe review the effect usages. Also, if you could indicate which parts can be used without the effect runtime that would be great, I always get confused if or if not a thing returns an effect.

The goal of this repository is not to explain the usage of the effect-ts library, but to show how the adoption of some FP principles like pure functions and immutability can bring an advantage in the development of a backend system.
Actually, for this use case I could have used a much simpler library such as Oxyde.

or neverthrow, I am aware of that. If no effect runtime is necessary, great. I was just thinking if someone wants to use it as a kind of starter repository it might not be easy to find explanations if the imports or usage or something is different.
