Create a mate-desktop theme

Mate it's currently the only light desktop environment that has a real dockbar, would be nice to have QTStep for it.

Would be nice to have any matching gtk theme at all really, this was the closest match I could find: https://www.gnome-look.org/p/1013663

I don't understand why it's so common for themes to be created either only for qt or gtk, am I weird for wanting to have matching themes for all my applications?
