[Enhancement] Expenses: Bar graph enhancements

Right now the app is showing the overall month split, we can split this into day's view

I noticed the day-wise split in the calendar view on hover over as a tooltip, but if you can put this in this line graph the user can view this in a single glance.

Advantages

• The user can view when they are spending the most in the month (weekdays vs weekends, month start vs end, etc.,)

What do you think about adding the total value in the calendar as well, and the opacity is scaled based on the value

@ananthakumaran opacity is a great idea to represent the weightage, but it requires some cognitive effort to interpret the data.

Sorry I mentioned that as a line graph, what I actually mean is a bar graph.

There won't be much space available once a few years worth of data is added. I need to think more about how to allow the user to select the time range, then instead of month granularity, I can use day granularity if the selected range is small enough.

True, if the user selects a larger data range - as you have shown in the image, it gets cluttered.

1. By default you are showing a month selection: Jan 2023
   
   So at most, the user will be interested to see the expenses for the current month; so the default view can be "Month Bar Graph".

2. Later you can let the select some date range like below (screenshot taken from zerodha)
   
   We can set a cap of 31 bars to display in the view and show a) the previous and next buttons to navigate [or] b) introduce a horizontal scroll which doesn't look great IMO.
