removing kc705, vc707 support

KC705 was discontinued by Xilinx, removing support.
VC707 was discontinued by Xilinx, removing support.

HDL is removing support in these PR's:
analogdevicesinc/hdl#1782
analogdevicesinc/hdl#1788

Removing fmcadc5 project completely because it's not supported
anymore by the HDL team.
