wrong version of `clyent` is present in requirements.txt

requirements.txt specifies clyent==1.2.2 as one of the requirements, but the package does not have any version later 1.2.1 as of now. The version 1.2.2 is probably rolled back. [requirements.txt](https://github.com/amzn/multiconer-baseline/blob/main/requirements.txt) needs to be updated.
