Todays hourly/wind/Precipitation does not show complete day #231
Description
I am using Flatpak version 1.4.0 on Linux mint 22.2
I am in time zone Eastern Standard Time (North America)
The today's hourly section is showing incorrectly.
it shows hours of 8pm (yesterday) to 7pm today.
The tomorrow hourly shows 1am to 12pm correctly.
That leaves a gap between 8pm to 1am that is not displayed . 5 hours that are not shown.
I believe this is caused by the time zone difference between my location and the data source location.
The corrected display should show all of Today's hours from 1am (morning) to 12am (midnight)
or
as an option show from 10pm (yesterday, last 3 hours) plus all of Today's hours 1am to 12am (Midnight).
That is 27 hours total, so when viewing today's weather at 1am today, you still see a few hours previously.
