Actions based on user logged in.

As with filters it would be very nice to be able to restrict actions to specific users. As far as I know it is now only possible to globally enable this option (with "--enable-actions" or "DOZZLE_ENABLE_ACTIONS").

As an admin I would like to have the possibility to restart a container but a guest user may not do this for obvious reasons.

That's actually a good idea.

I wonder how it should be supported. It would be too hard to allow actions based on specific containers. But it could be just a simple as:

users:
    amir:
        ...
        actions: true

Yes, exactly how I had it in mind. Default should remain 'false'. For users who are allowed to use the actions we can enable them. With the filter option we can narrow this down to certain containers.
