Doesn't work in hyper v2

hyper-blink no longer works in hyper v2, however neither does cursorBlink: true.

Since Hyper 2.0 has a good enough builtin blink 🎉, this plugin could be retired finally. I'm going to mark it as deprecated after Hyper 2.0 out.

@duttaditya18 Why is that sad? Hyper 2.0 will make this plugin useless, as it's already built in. Cursor blink is even working fine in the canary version already.
