Is there a way to bulk import?

I have a lot of audio books and its not practical to add them one at a time.
Is there a way to have Ambry scan a directory structure while not duplicating it?

If I have a volume of /audiobooks, I'd like Ambry to just use that for a library.

Not at this time, no. I think it's a great feature to have, I just haven't implemented it yet.

But also right now Ambry is meant to totally take over the file/folder management (i.e. the file-system is not meant to be exposed to the end user) and the audiobooks currently have to be transcoded to a standard format for them to play everywhere, so using an already existing externally organized book collection isn't really a good fit for Ambry as it stands right now.

I'd love to figure out how to bridge the gap to support users like you, I just don't know how to do it well. Right now Ambry works best starting from scratch and uploading books one at a time as you want to listen to them.
