Refactor the instance created email to NOT assumes there is a app_url, username, and password. #3
Description
- If there is no app_url, then don't include the "Access your instance button or link"
- If there is no username and password, don't include these in the email either
Background: This comes from polydock being built initially to run amazee.io AI trials. We need to generalize the feature for future usecases.
