DX - Local infrastructure should run with Terraform #108
Description
GIVEN that Terraform 1.12.2 and Docker engine are installed in the local machine
AND run terraform init
AND run terraform apply with a set of parameters
THEN selected infrastructure chosen from those parameters should run locally
