Add waterway=floodgate, waterway=weir and waterway=dam for rivers

Would be great if you could trace how dificult it would be for fish to migrate upstreams. waterway=fish_pass would be great too!

I don't think I fully understand you. Can you explain more?

• =fish_pass is included in the “flowing water“ category, since they are waterflow.
• waterway=dam is not included, because those are not waterways, but instead the physical structures that are the dam itself.
• Likewise waterway=weir is mapped as a linear feature across a river, and hence not something you “navigate” along.

I'm not sure if this is what the issue is about, but a view that shows "fish routing" would be useful to environmental groups. I.e. segmentation of the waterway network by dams that don't have fish ladders.
