ALVR best settings for Vision Pro

Hi everyone,
I’m hoping to get some advice on optimizing the Apple Vision Pro. I’m running it with an RTX 4090, but I’m still getting poor streaming quality. I’ve tried adjusting several settings, but the video remains low quality and I’m also experiencing lag. Has anyone found specific settings or tweaks that improve performance and streaming quality? Any tips or recommendations would be greatly appreciated!

Change your AP wifi channel to the AWDL channel (44 in Europe). There's no way to disable AWDL on the AVP it seems (turning off handover, airplay and airdrop does not disable it fully) so you'll get lag every 1 second pretty much on the dot. This is the AVP switching to a different channel to look for devices and then back and though it does this very quickly it is noticeable when streaming. By setting your wifi channel to be the same channel AWDL wants to check every second, you avoid that.

As far as the poor video quality goes, I'd like to know as well!
