What is everybody using for their settings, and what hardware configuration do you have?

I feel like it might be useful to aggregate all of these things so people might have an idea of what settings would work well for them.

I mostly kept all the settings default except for the "Linux async reprojection" because im on AMD hardware and I turned the bitrate up a little bit
