Session memory

I'd love for each session to be able to optionally continue from where it left off.

Even better would be if it gave me a list of recent sessions and allowed me to choose from a list of tiny summaries

What happens to be is that I'm working on something on the system level and when i restart to test, it loses all the context and i need to start over.
