How to increase the report generation timeout for allure-maven?

Hi Allure team! 👋🏾

I wanted to know if there's currently a way to configure the report generation timeout in the pom.xml for the allure-maven plugin? I saw a previously closed issue and associated PR for the change, but wasn't sure where exactly the correct placement of the added property "reportTimeout" would be, since I couldn't find any mention of it in the documentation.

Could it also be done through invoking mvn test site i.e. with the surefire plugin?
