why not anchoring used any more?

In [README.md](README.md),
```console
  --target_anchor_text_len TARGET_ANCHOR_TEXT_LEN
                        Maximum amount of anchor text to use (characters), not used for new models
```
says `not used for new models`.
why is it not any more used when in inference mode? I think this is beneficial.
it seems like `build_finetuning_prompt` is only used in fine-tuning.
