User profile: First and Last Name not mandatory

Description

As a user, I want to control what personal data is visible to other users/visitors of the platform
As a Privacy Officer, I don't want to obligate users of the platform to provide first and last name

Acceptance Criteria

• Make First and Last Name on user profile not mandatory
• Ask for Display Name in sign up flow?
• What happens with LinkedIn/Microsoft input?
• Any implications if we don't have a first/last name of a user?
