Support custom grafanaDI URL in grafana dashboard #127

What would you like to be added?
Currently grafana dashboard is using grafanadi.lunettes.svc.cluster.local to connecting to grafanaDI server, which is not an ideal way. Please help update this to variables in helm chart.
Why is this change required? What problem does it solve?
Provide flexibility in Lunettes deployment
