Proposal for DevContainer Integration in Designable Project

Hi everyone.
To be honest, it took me some time to work on the project in my own locale, both I could not find an instruction and the dependencies versions of my machine were much higher than the project.
Upon experimentation, I've successfully created a Codespace/DevContainer that facilitates a smoother setup process for Designable. I believe merging these changes would enhance the overall development experience for the team and newcomers.
