Error 404 for cf7sl.functions.js

When I load the page wp-admin/tools.php?page=contact-form-7-submission-limit

In the console I get the error:

plugins/contact-form-7-submission-limit/js/cf7sl.functions.js?ver=5.2.3 404 (Not Found)

Hi Gregorio.
I get the same error and I can't add any limit on the default contact form 7.
Do you resolved your problem?
