Docker image for v.3.2.2

Hi,

Potentially of use to future users - I have a working Docker image for the current release available here: https://hub.docker.com/repository/docker/wtmatlock/themisto

The binary was compiled with -DMAX_KMER_LENGTH=255 which should allow for some flexibility when running.
