When people try to buy one ticket, they receive an error: The selected categories cannot be combined. How do I fix this?

this happens when alf.io cannot figure out a way to complete the reservation.
This is usually due to missing configuration on the payment provider.
Please check if the payment methods you selected when creating the event are properly configured
