Use ILogger to output the request and response string

Is there a way to read the request and response string? This makes it easier to communicate with UPS customer service. Customer service often wants to know what we are requesting or what we are receiving as a response.

I'm sorry, I was busy more than usual recently. The work on this one is in progress. I expect it to be completed by the end of this week.

That's finally done in version 2.3.0. Here is an example of the usage:
