Integration with local repositories

Modify the current application to support a local way to work. This includes the following steps:

• Form for local work: path of a local repository in the system.
• Extract features for the local repository.
• Offline environment: provide a mode to extract information locally to enable predictions without an internet connection.

This issue will guide the progress of the previously described issues.
