Full async version

All network operations in the integration API are now fully asynchronous and non-blocking: please test it and report back in case of issues.

Updates:

• Full async code for API operations
• Refactored and normalized logging
• Updated requirements: HA 7.0 (pymodbus 3.9.2)
• Validation constants in config_flow
• Allow zero in base_addr
