Performance

One of the problems i see is that this library can not change the file dimensions.
It processes 4k image to 4k image. Could be cool if it could also rescale the image size

what is going on is i need to use another library to resize.
so this library produces a big file that I feed into another library

could be better If I could resize rightaway
